1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Kiamaiko FM website and audio stream, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the service.

2. Intellectual Property

All audio broadcasts, station jingles, logos, written articles, and media content are the proprietary property of Kiamaiko FM or licensed rights holders. Unauthorized redistribution or rebroadcasting without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

3. Listener Submissions

When sending song requests, dedications, or shoutouts, you warrant that your messages do not contain defamatory, vulgar, hateful, or unlawful statements. Presenters retain full editorial discretion over content aired on live radio.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
